Booking Conditions
· 1. Bookings may be made online via the Check Availability (Queensborough) on the Home page and by telephone or email.
· 2. When a booking is confirmed, it is expected that credit card details are supplied and full payment to be paid on departure.
· 3. If card details are supplied, these will be held as a deposit and no funds will be taken unless you cancel the reservation within 7 days of your arrival.
· 4. The accommodation is available from noon on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure. If you wish to arrive earlier than this, please ask as normally this can be arranged.
· 5. The price quoted is per room per night and includes full English breakfast, free parking and afternoon tea on arrival.
· 6. Payment can also be accepted in cash (Sterling or Euros).
· 7 If the owner is prevented by circumstances beyond their control from making the accommodation available, then they will refund all monies paid but no further liability will be accepted.
· 8. All amenities provided by the owner are used entirely at the guests risk and no responsibility will be accepted by the owners other than resulting from the owners negligence.
· 9. Care of accommodation - guests are required to treat our accommodation with due care. It is a condition of booking that should any damage occur, the cost of the damage may be borne by the party concerned, at the discretion of the owners.
· 10. Cancellations may be accepted up to 7 days prior to arrival, without charge. After this time you will be responsible for the full amount unless we can re-let the accommodation.
· 11. When you book any holiday, you are entering into a legally binding contract. If you have to cancel or cut short your holiday for whatever reason, then you will be liable for any cancellation charges we may have to make. In your best interests, we therefore strongly advise you to take out holiday and cancelled booking insurance to safeguard your holiday.
· 12. Payment by credit card incurs a 5% surcharge.
